Power of Transmog: Blood Knight

Blood Knights, elite members of Silvermoon army. By some accounts the very backbone of Thalassian forces that keep the undead from overwhelming Quel'Thalas. Most of the Blood Knights were members of Royal Guard. And most of them were driven by vengeance, retribution, and sense of justice into manipulating the light after what Arthas did to their homeland. These Paladins knew no remorse, took no pity, and gave no quarter. They were as merciless and ruthless as they could get. And everything they ever did, was always for their homeland, for glory of Quel'Thalas.

Today, I present you with Blood Knight Armor Set.
To those few individuals who were capable and/or lucky enough to PvP with a Paladin back in vanilla, be good enough to be able to purchase that old armor set and then transfer to the Horde, I say one thing. Congratulations, you did it.

For the rest of us not so lucky, there is actually a decent amount of alternatives available that make the iconic black and red coloration of the Blood Knights still possible, and obtainable. Still, the Blood Knight Tabard remains the center piece of this armor set. Here is the one I use:

Most of the armor can be bought with justice points from G'eras in Shattrath or obtained from one of the bosess in Blackrock Depths. The shoulders are crafted, and the belt drops from Moroes in Karazhan. What is great about this armor set is that, with exception of tabard which is Paladin exclusive, can be worn by Warriors and Death Knights as well.

For weapons, there are few alternatives, from polearms all the way to swords, shields and hammers. I use Arkadian Claymore. Had there ever been a simple looking two-handed sword with fiery enchant already attached on, I would probably use it instead. That sword also goes great with Dark Phoenix.

Now that you have everything you need, don that tabard, strap on the armor and head on. For glory of Quel'Thalas. Al diel shala and safe travels.
